• does not guarantee pricing, timelines, or project results

Any agreement for remodeling services is made directly between the homeowner and the selected contractor.

4. Estimates and Pricing

Kitchen Matchboard does not provide project estimates or service pricing.

All pricing, timelines, materials, and project scope are determined solely by the independent contractor and the customer.

5. Payments

Kitchen Matchboard does not process or collect payments for remodeling services.

Payments are handled directly between users and the contractor performing the work.

6. No Warranties

Kitchen Matchboard does not guarantee:

• contractor licensing or insurance status
• workmanship quality
• project completion timelines
• material availability
• compliance with local building codes

Any warranties related to remodeling services must be provided directly by the contractor.

7. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• providing accurate project information
• independently evaluating contractors
• verifying contractor credentials
• reviewing project contracts before beginning work

Kitchen Matchboard encourages users to conduct their own due diligence when selecting a remodeling contractor.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kitchen Matchboard is not a party to service agreements between users and contractors.

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, design elements, and software, is the property of Kitchen Matchboard or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
